Strategic advisors to the world’s top restaurant businesses since 1991

Ethan brings both creativity and a fierce attention to detail to every challenge and opportunity he encounters. He relishes the ability to find an elegant solution in a complex set of circumstances – whether it’s creating an all-natural, ABF chicken program that has become the industry-wide gold standard, or optimizing supply chain solutions that span the globe.

Prior to CCG, Ethan honed his operational and management skills as part of the Au Bon Pain executive team and launched successful food ventures of his own. Ethan is an advocate for sustainable agriculture and volunteers his time and talents with a non-profit hunger relief organization.
